So, I’ve decided to continue working on some of my already opened kits. I don’t want to start my Marble Run while I still have four unfinished kits sitting on my workspace. My goal is to finish these first, starting with this adorable Super Creator kit that my husband gave me. :heart:

If you’re a mom, you’ll know just how precious “me time” is. I usually head to bed before 11 p.m. because my preschooler needs to be ready for school by 7 a.m. But since it’s Saturday, I finished all my errands, and my husband took care of getting the kids to sleep so I could enjoy an uninterrupted hour at my workstation. It may have only been an hour, but it felt like such a treat.

This was my progress after that hour. It may not seem like much, but progress is still progress! I’m absolutely in love with the tiny radio. It completely stole my heart. And don’t even get me started on the little sunflower… it’s just too adorable! :sunflower:
Every little detail in this kit is so charming, and I’m really enjoying putting it together.

If you remember, I had to pause some of my builds because the heat was making it difficult to enjoy crafting. Well, now the weather has completely changed! We’ve had rain all day because of the storm, and it’s much cooler now. While I’m grateful for the cooler temperatures, I’m also hoping everyone stays safe. I know more storms are expected, and I sincerely hope the affected areas are spared from flooding and that everyone stays safe.

Those little objects look adorable, you did great for being able to build 1 hour. Me-time really is necessary, so I’m glad you can enjoy it.

Rain can be welcoming after a period of heat. But a storm sounds indeed very dangerous. Be safe!

What a lovely way to spend your “me time.” Even one uninterrupted hour can feel so refreshing, especially when you have little ones at home.
