I had the honor to test the Rolife Pagestory Books kit as a brand ambassador.
After the oxygen oasis this was more up in my alley. I love books and bookstores, currently in my small town romance era. But I like thrillers, detectives and all as well.
Now back to the kit.
I think it is not the most difficult one which was kind of a relief after the oxygen oasis. I had to start with assembling the different cabinets, and there are a lot.
The only thing that was difficult and did not turn out as well as I wanted was the globe. To glue the paper on the marble was really not that easy and there are gaps that shouldn’t have been there. But since the glue dried like that so I just turned the best side up.
I really enjoyed the assembly of the different parts of the kit. Even getting all the little books done, and believe me, there are a lot of them. The only thing my brain could not handle well was that I had to decide myself which book went where, only the size of the book was given.
It is of course no issue for everybody, and I managed to do it, but it took a little getting used to. There were a few plants which were manageable. I think the most difficult accessories apart from the globe were the newspaper rack and the barstools. For that I got help from my mom, she’s actually much better in such fine work.
So if you like some DIY and you like books. This kit is just the thing for you!

ce modele est super beau !! j’adore. Je trouve juste que l’assemblage des livres est très répétitif et c’est un peu un moins pour moi. En tout cas ta maquette est suoer belle. Belle réalisation et bravo pour ce bzau travail

This sounds like such a perfect kit for you, especially with your love of books and bookstores! I can definitely see why it felt like a nice change after the Oxygen Oasis. All those little cabinets and books must have been so satisfying to put together, even if deciding where each book belonged was a bit of a brain workout! And getting some help from your mom with the trickier accessories makes it even more special. The finished bookstore looks absolutely beautiful!
