[Pro Tips] Clay Work With Gelato Stall and a Creamy Gelato Effect

Previously: Unboxing: Gelato Stall while on family vacation.

Now that I’ve returned home, I’m excited to work on my cute Gelato Stall. And I’m in absolute heaven building this using one of my favorite tools-clay.

So instead of using the provided gelato photos, I’ve decided to use clay and paint them for a 3-D effect. I also used gloss clay glaze for the creamy effect.

I also used clay on the floor, molded into stone ground and painted it gray.

the stall is also so cool!

Thank you. I just used a tiny bit of gloss clay glaze on the gelato for that effect.

Hi mchipman, the clay gelato looks wonderfully realistic. Using gloss clay glaze for that creamy finish is a brilliant detail, and the stone floor texture adds even more personality to the stall.
