[DIY & Creativity] Finished: Even the Mandalorian and Grogu could use a Gelato break

Previously: Progress 1: Gelato Stall and how to make a creamy gelato effect.

So after using clay for the gelato and stone ground (from previous post), I added the famous bounty hunter and his little friend.

I thought at first that the gelato may be too big for my characters, but I love it so much that I’ve decided to keep it. And besides, these two can both share that big, yummy dessert!

I designed both characters in a slicer, made 3d prints and painted them using airbrush and acrylic paints.

I also 3d printed their stools to accommodate their small stature.

I have to say that for me (and my shaky hands), it was quite challenging to paint my little characters. Grogu is 2cm and the Mandalorian is about 6cm in height, and painting the tiny details were definitely cumbersome, but fulfilling.

Please I love how random the idea of Grogu and Mandalorian eating ice cream is and forgot to tell how much I love the fact that you used clay for the stine pavement and the gelato!! it just added so much depth to this kit!!
