It’s very frustrating; I’ve looked everywhere—even in the bags I already opened—but nothing. Plus, there are no spares included—just the exact number of pieces needed… Anyway, I hope they get back to me… and provide a solution!

It’s been frustrating; I was looking forward to building something, and then this happens… I hope they respond… It’s a site whose products I had never used before.

Yeah… honestly, it’s maddening that they only include the bare minimum of pieces.

Yeah, a lot… because, first of all, let’s see if they even respond… and second, let’s see how long it takes for the part to arrive…

Honestly, quite a lot—I don’t understand why, out of the whole kit, only 2 of these pieces are included… they’re for routing the light wiring. Anyway, I hope it can be sorted out! I’ll let you know if it gets resolved.

Yeah… I’m hugely disappointed… I was so happy about it, too… I wanted to build this today, but it just wasn’t possible.

No, I haven’t lost it; it arrived with a piece missing. I hope they can provide a solution.
Ahhh that’s so annoying. See if you have any extra 2 stud ones you can substitute in. Sometimes I loose a piece or don’t have one so I try to find an extra of another to sub even if it didn’t the full thing!
No—that’s the strange thing about this brand: you get exactly the right number of parts! There are never any pieces left over… Besides, I can’t swap that one out, because it has a cutout for the power cord to pass through.
