This Christmas feels very different for me. Normally, I can’t wait to decorate and celebrate, but this year my mom was hospitalized and spent time in a coma. She’s awake now, though not quite the same and still can’t speak, so I’m not celebrating the way I usually do.
Instead, I found comfort and a little holiday joy in my Rolife My Melody townhouse. I “escaped” into building and decorating it, customizing and repainting so many details, and turning it into a festive Christmas scene inspired by the Netflix My Melody & Kuromi animation. Rolife made it flexible enough for an amateur builder like me to add my own creativity, and creating this little world has brought me some warmth and magic this season.

Beautiful Christmas decorations. Sometimes it is more important to have a quieter Christmas and appreciate the ones around us. It is ok to celebrate just a little. I encourage you to try to find some positives in all of this and focus on those. Please have a joyful, peaceful Christmas
