My Christmas Cabin

I am leaving to see my Mom and most likely will not have much to build. Since I was packed and ready, I decided to open the Christmas cabin and work a little on it. Looks like I completed thethe first floor! It was fairly easy. Only issue was similar to the other one and that is tabs are a tight fit. I am using wood lubricant on most every tab. Sometimes it is better to be safe! Here are some views so far:

I did not paint everything, most of the edges, but not all. What do you think so far?

The little pieces are really cute, I think this is going to be a lovely build.

There is an awful lot to see! I kind of hate that I am taking a break from it!

This is amazing kit :star_struck:

It’s looking lovely so far! The first floor already has so many cozy Christmas details. Good idea using wood lubricant on those tight tabs to avoid breaking anything! The painted edges add a nice touch, too. Enjoy your visit with your mom, and I can’t wait to see more of your Christmas cabin when you’re back!
