I finally completed the Magic College Story Frame(not Rolife), and it has become one of my favorite Story Frames.
From the moment I started building, I kept discovering charming little details. Cozy common rooms, classrooms, libraries, magical creatures, and hidden surprises make every section feel like its own little story.
Both of the tiny chandeliers were the biggest challenge for me. I was very thankful this kit included extra pieces because I definitely needed them! I also appreciated that all four lighting sections were wired the same way, and the instructions made the wiring process very clear. Once I completed the first one, the others came together much more easily.
I also decided to do acrylic marker edge painting throughout the build. I didn’t paint every exposed edge. Instead, I focused on the areas that would have the biggest visual impact. That extra step gave the finished piece a lot more depth without adding too much extra work.
Another feature I really enjoyed is that it’s powered by USB, so it now hangs in my hallway with my other Story Frame. Every time I walk by, I notice another little detail that I missed before.
