Ever since a severe anxiety attack i have a harder time to be social. Especially when there are lots of people or loud noise. The weird thing is im a supervisor and lead a group of about 40 people and it is never quiet around me and somehow this is much less draining.

I think less draining maybe because we all have a very common goal and we share that? I dont know. Maybe because we have mostly kind words for each other? The good news is that many find peace and joy here and we celebrate each persons success and that is important. Glad you are here to share with me.
