Just want to share how I got into miniature houses. This is the first kit I bought just out of curiosity. It’s suppose to be a book nook showcasing a Japanese alleyway. I completed the first half but did not have the time for the other half yet. I did not expect that making it would take a lot of work
Later on, I discovered Rolife kits and found them more enjoyable. As a beginner and as a mother with house chores, it was more relaxing to build and not at all time consuming. So from now on, I am sticking with Rolife kits
Such a lovely first kit! I hope you can give it another try and finish it one day. Rolife Super Creator kits are definitely more beginner-friendly. And when you feel more confident, you can always try one of the newer DIY miniature houses — they’re more click-together than the older ones. I’m really glad that, even with everything you have to take care of with your family, you’ve found your preference and can enjoy this beautiful hobby
