Bought this Rolife Pompompurin Leisurely Breakfast DIY kit for my daughter and we built it together yesterday.
She helped me put stickers, paint parts, and build the smaller parts like the stool, picture frame, table, chair, and the kitchen counter.
Painting is not really required for this kit we just added this step to give it that extra polished look. Plus, my daughter really loves using acrylic markers so it was a great excuse to let her use the acrylic marker sets again.
The manual is in Chinese (since this is a China-exclusive kit) but you don’t really need to be able to read it. The manual is so well-made that just following the pictures for the next steps will do.
It was a fun build overall! The colors are so cozy and it really gives that warm feeling of waking up in the early hours of dawn just before the sunrise and slowly appreciating the start of a new day.

Pompompurin is definitely one adorable pudding dog! This kit really gave justice to Pompom’s laidback and cozy attitude! Love that Pompom seems to be taking its beloved nap infront of its breakfast..
She absolutely did! She won’t let me put it inside a display case and honestly, I do not mind. I love playing with the miniature set ups and I’m glad she found it interesting too! It’s a win-win situation because we can both play with the finished build together haha.
What a cute and colourful build! I love it when kits become family experiences. I haven’t had many of those since most of my family members claim not to have the patience needed for this lol
I totally agree! The light gives it such a warm glow that makes the whole scene feel so lived-in. And Pompompurin just adds that extra level of cuteness! It wouldn’t be the same without him!
