I finally finished my Mother’s Day gift for my mom and I’m honestly SO happy with how it turned out
This floral wooden arrangement feels so elegant and delicate in person — from the layered orchids to the tiny butterflies and soft pastel flowers. But one of my favorite little details has to be the miniature flowers all around the border They make the entire piece feel extra whimsical and complete, almost like a tiny blooming garden growing out of a storybook.
I also love how every angle reveals new little details. The acrylic arch, butterfly accents, layered petals, and soft colors all work together so beautifully!
This was such a relaxing and rewarding build, and knowing it’s going to my mom makes it even more special I can’t wait to give it to her tomorrow!!
It looks amazing and I think it is a lovely gift for Mother’s Day. I don’t have anything for my mom at the moment because she doesn’t like us to buy any gifts for her .
But this might be a very good idea to still give something to her anyway. Although not tomorrow, but luckily in the part of Belgium where I live, we also have a Mother’s Day on August 15th
Cozy.little.palette, this is such a lovely Mother’s Day gift, and the tiny border flowers really do make it feel like a little blooming garden. The layered orchids, butterflies, and soft colors all come together so gently. Your mom is going to feel all the care you put into it!
That turned out so beautifully! What makes it even more special is that it’s a gift for your mom. Homemade pieces carry so much love, and I’m sure she’ll feel that the moment she sees it.
