I completed this and I look at it everyday and wonder how I did that!
A beautiful build for sure!

they‘re super sweet! we have a lot of fun together.
a really sweet moment was when they watched my favorite childhood cartoon with me - in a language they don’t understand! but they wanted to watch it all nonetheless and seemed to be fascinated by the artwork. it meant a lot to me that they watched it with me so enthusiastically❤️
if i could gift a Rolife kit, it would be the Magic Fantasy Corner. It‘s just my vibe!
I know quite a few who have met on dating apps and found true love. I don’t think I am familiar with that model, but it sounds fascinating. Best of luck to you on the giveaway. @lulurex
You’ve done a wonderful job on this model and I hope to see you share more of your kits here. Best of luck to you in the giveaway. @Jillian_Hanchett
My husband and I met through our work in 1999 when I was 18. We married in 2001, first child in 2006 and 2nd in 2008. A pretty sweet memory is seeing in Y2K, while dating, with some friends and family at a lookout spot, sleeping in our cars (when we were sure the world wasn’t ending) and woke to a fresh new millenium together and still going ![]()
I’d love to gift the Eiffel Tower, maybe see it in person one day??
What a great story…and the Eiffel Tower could bring great vibes for an actual visit. Wishing you the best in this giveaway. @Cassandra_Connolly
Alice’s Tea Shop sounds like the perfect cozy spot to share. It must hold a lot of special memories for you both.
It feels like fate had a hand in that moment!
Welcome to the Robotime community!
What a lovely couple. Welcome to the Robotime community, Laura.
Eiffel tower is a nice choice.
That’s so sweet! And sounds like Seahorse Barque suits you guys.
It is so nice that there are some couples really found each other through dating app. And Magic Fantasy Corner is really 10/10.
Highschool lovers. That’s cute!
Wow! It is already what? 27 years? Or more? That’s amazing! By the way, welcome to Robotime Community. Enjoy!
How My Husband and I Met — A Story Written by Tadhana ![]()
Back in 2015, I downloaded a singing app called Smule because I simply loved to sing. In that app, people could join your recorded songs. Then in 2016, someone joined my duet video of “Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang?” — which means “Why did you only come now?”
I received many joins and listened to all of them, but there was one person who caught my attention. Let’s call him Mr. D. His voice was just… wow. And yes, he was handsome too — with captivating eyes, long lashes, and brows thicker than mine. He was definitely my type, but at that time I had someone special (not a boyfriend though).
On Smule, I was one of the admins of a group, and my role was to recruit members. So of course, I tried recruiting him. At first, he was hard to convince — but nothing could stop me
. After a few days, I finally got him to join. We became friends, had group video chats, and slowly learned more about each other. I found out he had a girlfriend, which didn’t surprise me because he was handsome and working in South Korea.
Interestingly, the first song he ever joined with me was “Tadhana” — which means fate or destiny.
Some time later, he told me he’d be going back to the Philippines for a vacation and promised to call me when he arrived. I didn’t know why he said that — it felt so random — but I said yes anyway. Weeks passed, and then one day, a familiar name called me. I answered and said, “Oh hey! Are you home now?” He said yes, and that he kept his promise to call. We talked for a while, and he told me he would be seeing his girlfriend, who had also come home for vacation. I was fine with it because we were just friends.
After a month, he messaged me again. He was back in South Korea — and now single. He was heartbroken, while I still had someone special I hadn’t even met in person yet. I comforted him, and we started chatting and video calling almost every day until we memorized each other’s routines. We became best friends — no strings attached.
Eventually, I had a boyfriend, but it didn’t last because he wasn’t serious about me. I cried, and Mr. D was there to comfort me. As time passed, we grew even closer. Around that time, I met another guy who lived near me — let’s call him Mr. B. Mr. D told me he could tell Mr. B liked me, because he’s a guy too. Mr. B knew about Mr. D, and when my family had to move apartments, Mr. B helped us. Even my parents said he liked me, but I denied it because I wanted to hear it from him myself. Deep down, Mr. D already had a special place in my heart — maybe that’s why I couldn’t see Mr. B’s intentions.
Months later, Mr. D and I finally confessed our feelings for each other. When Mr. B found out, he said long-distance relationships don’t work.
Then 2018 came. Mr. D and I finally met in South Korea. He had a two-week vacation from work, and as a caregiver, I could take time off anytime. We spent those two weeks together, and one day on Nami Island, he proposed. It felt unreal — but it was real. He told me, “We’re not getting any younger, and you’re the last girl I want to be with for the rest of my life.” ![]()
After that trip, we started preparing for our wedding. We set the date for December of 2019, and planned to get married at a resort in the Philippines. Our wedding hashtag was:
#DarrylTincalledTadhana ![]()
Because this is the real meaning of Tadhana — destiny.
And until now, we’re still happily together and deeply in love. ![]()
The Eiffel Tower kit is the kit I’d love to give him for Valentines because we both dreamed of going to Paris.
