Here’s my final update on the hot air balloon build.
The rest of the build went pretty smoothly, even though there were a few fragile pieces that I had to be careful with. After the issues I had earlier, I took my time with the remaining steps and everything came together nicely.
Overall, this ended up being a really fun build. It was fairly short, but still felt satisfying to complete, which is exactly what I was hoping for when I decided to start with smaller kits.
One thing I really appreciated was that there were extra pieces included for almost every part. That definitely helped, especially after breaking a piece earlier in the process. It made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful.
I’m really happy with how it turned out and glad I started with this one.
(My dog became curious when I put my build on the floor to take a picture. Maybe the wood smells interesting to her?)
It turned out beautiful. I can imagine how satisfying it must be to finish this one. And good thing that there were so much spare parts. Less stress about breaking pieces helps enjoying the building process even more
