After going over the white structure one last time and making sure I hadn’t missed any edges, it was finally time to start putting everything together.
First came the roof with its little light, which I later moved a bit higher because it felt like it was hanging too low and taking up too much of the inside of the bakery. Then I attached everything to the display shelf and finally to the main structure. I’m really glad the outside part comes with stickers in the same pattern as the floor, because I would never have been able to recreate that myself, and I think it looks absolutely adorable like this.
I kept adding more and more pieces to the structure and took photos of everything along the way, but I’ll focus on the most detailed moments, like when the full white exterior of the bakery was finally assembled, or when I added all the little items to the counter. Also, the little cat has found her new home too!
Once the whole inside of the bakery was finished, it was time to connect the lights. This one has a touch button hidden in the top frame, and I really love that kind of lighting system because I don’t have to keep plugging anything in. It feels so practical.
Then I added the background to the frame, with its brick walls, and placed the bakery inside. Unlike the Christmas frame kit I made before, this one actually sticks out from the frame and doesn’t have a protective transparent front, because the inside part comes forward instead of staying flat. After that, I added the outer frame, the little details of the patio-like area outside, and voilà, the Fluffy Cat Bakery was finished!!! 
This time Alvin and Bochi don’t appear much, because they spent the whole time sleeping around me and I felt bad waking them up just for photos. Sorry hahah
So, what do I think about this kit? I’d say it’s a simple one, and a really good choice for someone who hasn’t made a kit before.
There’s nothing especially difficult to build, except maybe the wires if that part is tricky for you. It has very few delicate pieces, and I didn’t break anything at all. I only needed a tiny bit of superglue for a couple of things, like the door handle or the little bagel sign on the side, just to be safe.
All the details are absolutely adorable, and as you can see, the only real change I made was painting the outside of the bakery because I didn’t really like the original yellow. Other than that, it’s a lovely, simple kit and very easy to place anywhere, because you can either set it on a surface or hang it on the wall. And as I mentioned before, I really like that the light is touch-activated instead of needing a separate switch.
