Buzz Lightyear is the captain, but the captain of the ship, not the spaceship. His spacesuit is not suitable at all. If he fell into the sea, how could he swim with such a heavy suit? However, the spacesuit is very airtight, he can sink and still breathe for a fixed period of time. You see he is smiling arrogantly? ha.ha.ha
