I’m sure you can do it.

I haven’t used WeChat in so long that I’ve already been logged out by now.

That’s so true. It’s just such a hassle to have to do it while building. :grimacing:

Yes. I don’t know why mine logged out. Probably happened when my phone reset after updating

It could be. Ị don’t like logging out because it’s annoying to log in everytime

Hahaha Gidge, you’re off to a great start! :joy: The Chinese instructions would have thrown me for a minute too, and having to fight with WeChat just to get the extra instructions would do my head in.

If the wood is MDF, it can absorb moisture and swell, which can cause problems with the little pieces fitting together. You could seal the exposed surfaces with a matte varnish before assembling which may help long term, even though it would take a lot longer to build. Just make sure everything is completely dry before gluing.

And those tiny pieces… I can already see you crawling around on the floor looking for that one that shot out of your tweezers:rofl: Good luck with the build, I’ll be following along to see how this one comes together. That little pizzeria looks like it’s going to be a beauty once it’s finished!

Thank you for your tips @chamelionboy … appreciate it. I wish i knew about applying matte varnish on MDF boards. Had trouble with my previous build so for parts that swelled, i just scraped off excess parts and glued them fixed :slightly_smiling_face:

Oh no, not tiny pieces! I’ve had enough of those for the moment. Good luck with managing them! Good job testing the electrics - mine are confusing in my current build and involve twisting and possible shrink wrapping, I’ve been stalling on that as I’m not confident with those activities.

This ome’s easier than the rolife DIY kits since these are all plug-type, no need to wrap wires or solder them together. I have difficulty with the shrink wraps, too since i only use a lighter :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

We always find a way around it

Hahaha, the adventure hasn’t even started and you’re already fighting the instructions! :joy: At least the lights, music, and motor are working. Those tiny pieces sound like they’ll need extra patience and tweezers! I can’t wait to see your pizzeria come together. Good luck, and may no pieces disappear into another dimension!
