Sssooooo slowly I am working through this kit. I’ve decided to leave the rest of the wire work until last so at least I feel like I’m achieving something. I have made so many errors mainly because the instructions are so sketchy. When you stick the pieces together it doesn’t show you or explain if the pieces go near each other or at right angles to each other. Consequently I have torn apart and reglued and torn apart, sanded and reglued until I get what I assume to be the right structure.

It’s looking amazing! These DIY’s can be tough. Don’t ask me how I know…LOL! They are not made to be easy.

You did great so far. DIY’s are sometimes very hard indeed. You seem to have the patience for it

Thanks …my problem is I’m a perfectionist i hate crooked edges, gaps anything but perfect and I’m afraid this is anything but perfect
@Carmie oh dear i hope you can try and make it work i dont like gaps or uneven sides it drives me mad ! 
It looks really nice @Carmie . With this progress you can take it apart and reglued. but with mine it is not possible. because everything is already fixed in its place.
It’s looking really great so far!! The DIYs can be so challenging! I just ordered a different one and it looks really challenging. You got this though!! Keep on building

I find it frustrating when instructions are not clear that’s why I stay away from first versions 
But your structure is looking great. So I think you’re doing a good job on it.

I absolutely like how this is looking so far 
and as I usually like to say, there’s no rush! There shouldn’t be at all with any kit to build.
