I love that you called out the O-ring strings and the plucking beads as those small engineering choices really make the Magic Harp feel alive. Your tip about adding weight to the front is incredibly helpful for future builders. I can’t wait to see your jewelry-encrusted version performing alongside the Nanci dolls. The little parts in the photos. Without them, the gears come off. I used two from a completely different model I had already completed some time ago and they fitted perfectly, no issues. Every single one in this set has broken apart, I have never experienced this before and I have built over 20 models. Very frustrating.

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes, I sand the metal parts a bit to create a better fit. I try to push the metal part as straight and even as possible and most of the time it works. I think they provide a good amount of extra.

Wow, I love the colors, it’s amazing! I love how you described the build—it really shows how much thought went into the design. The O-rings and beads idea is genius, and I can totally see why it felt so smooth compared to the piano. Makes me want to try the harp myself now!
