[DIY & Creativity] ROKR Cukoo Clock Water Mill

The motors that I got were too fast and I can’t solder to save my life as they suggested adding a resistor to slow them down. That idea was not pursued and it was returned. That being said, i needed a motor that could turn at a slower rate and I found this. I was talking before of a way to spin the water wheel on the clock and this would turn of when I turned on the downstairs light. I will let you know how this will work.

How confusing everything, I didn’t understand anything🥲

That’s a good idea. Can you show us how it works?

This is an awesome idea! I would really like to know how the idea will turn to life. It’s brilliant and unique.

Finding the perfect motor speed can be quite the puzzle, especially when soldering is not your favorite task. Your idea to have the water wheel spin when the downstairs light turns on sounds like a brilliant and fun customization. We are excited to hear how this inventive setup works out for you. Keep sharing your creative journey with us!
