I have a question on Nanci dolls and if small parts are missing or get lost. Do you have a replacement system and can we pay for certain parts that are missing or have gone missing etc. I have a specific part that i need and not sure about buying a whole new model etc.

That’s a great question. A wing broke off of my Nanci Bee just getting it out of the box. I was able to glue it for now, but the thought crossed my mind about whether there were replacement parts for them.
If you put in a replacement request then yes you can get replacements
I was sort of wondering the same thing after Mỹ Nanci’s bubble nose kept on coming off.

I think not. I once lost my nose ball but couldn’t find a replacement anywhere.
Good question, since you can request replacement kits, but it doesn’t say anything about Nanci kits.
