Chocolate Factory final update!

It is done!! :blush: It took longer than expected but I finally finished the Chocolate factory.

Sadly, it doesn’t work😢 Although everything went well up till the halfway mark, I struggled to get the middle funnel piece in & then was too eager & dislodged 1 of the gears below. I tried to fix it from the bottom, but my fingers are just too clumsy.

So I decided to just finish the build so that I can start with the next one. It still looks beautiful & all the lights work…yeah!!

Now the very difficult question…what to do next…???

Oh no…I am sorry to hear that this was not a successful build for you. What models have you done previously? I don’t want to guide you towards tougher builds if you are a beginner.

So sad to read that it’s not working! Sadly I haven’t made this one (is not available here, actually), but it looks super nice at least!

From the boxes you have there you should try the Dream Gift Factory, if you wanna go for something similar yet satisfying.

It still looks beautiful even though it’s not working. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I still love the outcome.

I’ll go with the Fairytale Amusement Park booknook. :heart_eyes:

@Lacey they are pretty easily available in Aus. Maybe try Rolife online? Have bought a few directly recently & no hassles so far.

@Nita_Davis not to worried about it not working. Once done, it goes onto the shelf for display, not as if I’ll be “playing “ with it every day :joy: I’ve done about 20+ models to date, started with the Mysterious World series & have also done super small kits. Always up for a challenge :grin:

I can say that the Dream Gift Factory, the Space Shuttle and the London Travel Marble Run are my top 3 favorites (in no special order) out of 108 models. They are all fascinating. Wishing you the best on whichever you choose.

You have so many great options to do next. If you want a relaxing one, you can try the Floral Art or maybe a book nook?

@Jill_Francisco thanks, it does look beautiful! Also leaning towards a book nook, they have been a favourite of mine since I started the 1st 1. Think I’ve done about 10 of them so far :blush:
