I keep seeing ads for this kit, maybe I should just pull the trigger and get it. I love Ghibli and I keep a little mini Turnip Head in one of my plant pots - he’d go great here.

You’re so very welcome. I always place the piece back into its original spot on the board after gluing and let it sit overnight. I never use Super glue for repairs. I think it is too brittle and a slow dry time is actually better in my opinion.

@chamelionboy it is great to see Howl’s Moving Castle moving again after the broken-piece repair. The rotating house and wire-supported chimney smoke hint at how much motion and character the final build will have—good luck with those remaining 30 pages.

Thank you, good to know. While it worked this time, I know superglue can become brittle over time. I will remember and use wood glue next time I need to do something like this.
