[Build Finish] Another Little Masterpiece - European Melody Musical Instrument Box

Just finished another DIY kit—and this time, it’s non-Rolife.

I completed the European Melody Musical Instrument Box, and I have to say, this one really surprised me. It’s quite unique because it has four sides, featuring four different rooms, so there’s something interesting to look at from every angle.

And one of my favorite features? It comes with a dust cover! :raising_hands: As someone who loves miniature builds but also knows how quickly they can collect dust, this is definitely a big plus. No need to worry about all those tiny details getting covered up after putting in so much effort.

This build was a little more complicated than some of the kits I’ve worked on. I learned an important lesson along the way: glue is your best friend! :joy: Every little piece needs to be secured properly because once you start putting the four sections together, you definitely don’t want things falling apart.

There were moments when I had to slow down, double-check the pieces, and make sure everything was firmly attached. But honestly, I enjoyed the process. There’s something satisfying about watching all those tiny pieces slowly come together and transform into something so beautiful.

And now that it’s finished… WOW!

The four rooms, the details, the overall design, and the musical element make this kit really special. I honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed.

Another build completed. Another little masterpiece added to my collection.

This is definitely a DIY kit worth building!

And yes… I already have another kit waiting for me. Because apparently, finishing one means I’m allowed to start thinking about the next one. :joy::hammer_and_wrench::house:

This looks fantastic. What a clever design to have 4 display sides. You might need to put it in a turntable for display

This is quite nice, the lighting is just a bit complicated for me but it’s nice that it was precut nicely and it’s not hard to distinguish the length of each one to match the instructions.

Looks interesting. I have never built a non-Rolife ever.
How would you compare the building experience to Rolife’s?
Thanks for sharing.

The vintage elegance is just stunning! This is absolutely beautiful!

Ive always hated lighting lol

Thanks for the review. I have this one in my stash. It caught my eye because of the uniqueness of having four sides.
I love how it’s turned out for you.

Wow, this sounds like such a beautiful and unique build! Four different rooms in one kit is already impressive, but adding the musical element and dust cover makes it even more special. It sounds like all that patience and careful gluing really paid off. And of course, finishing one kit just means it’s officially time to start the next one! Can’t wait to see what you build next!
