Hi, I have collected points but I can’t find them in my account.
And, if I understand the principle, these points can be exchanged with voucher coupons, right?

By the way, can I also find my voucher earned in the same point account?

I dont think you can exchange points for coupons unless its a new thing? The points go towards the leaderboard to win a monthly prize located on the 3 lines on the forum

Hi, imagine that if you’ve won a discount coupon, Robototime will send it to you via private message.

You can see the points you’ve earned in your profile or on the leaderboard.

As far as I know, they haven’t said anything about redeeming your points.

Your photo appears at the top right, click on it and at the bottom there’s a little person icon, click on it and it will take you to your profile, there you can see them.

@Nan-Si a few of us have asked the same thing and never got a reply. I mostly access via my ipad and I am fairly good with the site. I do not see mine for Spin anywhere.

You can find your points collected in your messages labeled “from the system”. That’s where I find mine. I don’t think they can be used as vouchers.

Points and coupons are different and you cannot redeem them.

  1. You can check your points (“Cheers” value) from the leaderboard or directly on your personal profile page :blush:
    Here are two helpful guides:

  1. Points themselves are not exchanged for coupons directly. However, you can earn voucher coupons by participating in Weekend Events or by being selected for featured/high-quality posts such as Wednesday topics :sparkles:
    If you’ve earned a coupon, you can also send me a private message and I’ll help check it for you.

  2. If there are any future changes to the system, we’ll announce them in the community announcements section :yellow_heart:

I don’t believe points can be exchanged for coupons but you can sometimes receive them for participating in challenges. Your points are likely for the monthly leaderboard.

You can see the points in the right side of the computer screen. But they don’t exchange the points to voucher.
Coupons are DM’d.
