Seriously what is wrong with me… I just opened up Bubble bath kit thinking a small and quick kit to find it is dyi. How do you tell from the outside which are dyi and which are connected via lock in with slots etc???

Normally on the box it will tell you how the build is. This one with the scissors in the lower right hand corner tells you it’s gonna be a diy craft. Also it can have a symbol for glue on the front to tell you it’s gonna be more of a diy one. If it has a puzzle piece it’s a snap together puzzle etc.

I actually found this kit challenging. The gramophone kept falling apart. I ended up gluing part of it to the wall
Same reaction when I opened the Record Mood in the meetup, thinking it will be done fast. I will be working with the Sweet Dreams later and I also don’t know what to expect. Maybe the whole Little & Warm Space Series are all for DIYing. The Record Mood includes paint in it

Ive never thrown anything away before but this was no my cup of tea as we say here lol

I think this series are all DIY. Also Grey is right with the scissor symbol. Better watch out for those.
I think if the box has scissors on it..its a DIY. I could be wrong
I think the scissor symbol will tell that it is a DIY. But I am not 100% sure since some boxes has “DIY” but puzzle symbol as noted. Maybe at the back? Not sure.
I pretty much try to avoid any kits that have the scissors symbol on them - i look for the puzzle piece!!

I bought this kit as well not knowing how challenging it was gonna be. I put it in my stash pile for another day 
I bought one with scissors; I had to do everything! Even make mini cellophane bags!
I learned that the scissors indicate what you need, hehe.

I left the gramophone out of this kit entirely. Not my favourite kit @Carmie. I think maybe the universe might think you’re going to be an expert in DIY.
