Wow!! love it!! I’d recommend Blossom Cart - it was my first one! But also Leisure Time Tea Room! lots of details but sooo worth it 
I found it beginner friendly personally !!

A tip: the kits are divided into levels; that might help you choose.

And regarding new kits: I believe anyone can do anything if you really want to do it.
So all depends on what type of kit you like the most.
For example: I really love mechanical kits and getting everything to work properly, so I will be looking for ROKR kits more often.
So I’m sure when you look around on the Robotime website, you will definitely find something you really like and want to build. There are difficulty levels added on the site, so you can select a level that you’re comfortable with

These are all absolutely amazing! Which one do you plan to do next? I am currently doing the Sunlit Farmhouse Kitchen. It is lovely.

You can definitely check the other supercreator series there’s a bunch of diffrent restaurants and a new pet store that has been released, bunch of cafés and pâtisseries , or if you want to go in the wooden kits direction I’d definitely recommend the sakura treehouse it’s beautiful with 4stars difficulty perfect for a beginner
