Today felt like Christmas for a miniature builder!
I had three beautiful kits arrive in the mail and I’m already so excited to start planning my next builds.
On the build table today:
Happy Corner – Emily’s Flower Shop
Dreaming Terrace Garden
Blossom Cart 3D Puzzle
I love when a new Robotime delivery arrives because each box feels like a brand new tiny world waiting to come to life. These floral builds already look so charming! Just looking at the flower details already has my imagination running — I can picture these glowing softly on my shelf once they’re finished.
Now the big question… which one should I start first? I’m leaning toward the flower shop, but the little blossom cart is calling my name too.
Before I start building, I wanted to ask the community:
Has anyone built any of these kits?
If you have, I’d love to hear any tips, tricks, or things to watch out for during the build. If you’ve built one of these before, tell me your best build tip — I’m all ears!
The Robotime community always has the best advice, and I love learning from other builders before diving in!
Daily Update:
Today was all about organizing my craft area and the new kits and admiring the details before the next build begins!
I have only done Emily’s but it was certainly a fun, yet challenging kit. Mine did not come with “glass” for the windows. I can’t tell and don;t know if there were two versions where one DID come with “glass”. I ended up using the cellophane envelopes that some pieces come in. I loved the results. All three are lovely models and I hope to see you sharing in the future.
So I ended up opening Emily’s Flower kit and got super overwhelmed that I put everything back in the box and chose to do the blossom cart instead. I think I was just feeling a smaller build tonight and might try Emily’s again tomorrow. Using the envelopes for glass is a genius idea! I’ll have to check my kit to see if it comes with it or not.
I haven’t done any of those kits but I’ll vote for the blossom cart for the medium level. I think Emily’s flower shop is a difficult kit and it’s full of flowers. It will take a lot of time to build those.
So I did start the blossom cart today! It’s so beautiful and I adore it! I opened Emily’s kit and was so overwhelmed that I put everything back in the box lol. The blossom cart is not too hard but not super easy so it was the perfect build for me tonight! I can’t wait to share my progress pictures!
I’ve built the Dreaming Terrace Garden. It is a lovely little kit. I had the older version and I had to make a lot of the flowers but I really loved the outcome.
Have fun with whichever build you decide to do.
Oh my, so many little flowers. I’d be scared but that’s a personal thought since I don’t like those flowers that much, so that won’t be the kind of kit I’d be buying, probably
Either way, thanks for sharing and good for you! Lovely thoughts on the kits wanting to come to life.
I actually am a little scared too I just gotta do them in little breaks for my own mental sanity lol. Thank you tho!! I’m excited to see them come to life
