AMS01 FAQ
- What if there is no response when checking the electronic parts?
Step 1: Check if the parts are inserted in the right place.
Step 2: Before assembly, insensitive touch switch is normal. Slightly adjust the placement of electronic parts to see if they work. After assembly, the touch pad’s sensing area increases, making it more sensitive.
- It is difficult to assemble E5：Sand the protrusion areas.
- The disk rotates abnormally in reverse.
The part in the picture is inserted wrongly.
- The disk rotates normally before tree assembly but stops rotating after it.
L7 is assembled in an incorrect sequence, which causes a gap between E9 and E16 that hinders the assembly of the tree.
