I I don’t have a child yet but I have a niece that is expecting to be born around September who I will be treating like my own daughter. This letter is for her.

I hope you will be delivered as a healthy baby when that special day of yours finally comes. Me and my sister will not let you experience the generational traumas that we had when we were young but we will let you experience only the good things on this earth. I will give my support to you as long as I live and as much as I can. I want to see you grow up with genuine happiness and we will not pressure you to be the person that you don’t like to be, instead we will support you to the things that you want and will not compare your achievement to others since you have your own journey. I wish you well in this life. I love you like my own daughter and I’m always here for you to provide you in terms of financially and emotionally if you need someone to talk to.

Fur babies are children, too! And sometimes just as hard to raise! 
I dont have children though I was always told I would be a great mum. My children have 4 legs, bark a lot and talk back.
I have always been the special Aunt to my friends children. They love that I do arts and crafts with them. One 6 yr old wanted a hammer just like mine for her birthday.
If I had my own children though they would have come with me to London and we would have sat up top the double decker bus together enjoying the sights. Maybe one day one of my "special " kids will come with me.
