I have a love/ hate relationship with them. I do do a lot of work for Texas A&M Forest Service…but the traffic here on game days is obscene. That stadium holds 108,000 people. The whole town revolves around the students and home rental prices are outrageous because they can charge around $1000 per bedroom for each student. Families cannot afford a place at all anymore. It’s just crazy anymore. Nothing like when I moved back here 14 years ago.

I can say in early 2000 it was affordable but the town was crazy for A&M. At least when my sister went to Vet school there, back then
