Although I am very pleased to have been named as a prize winner in the Leaderboard competition…and am also always so appreciative of their generosity and timeliness in awarding such prizes, this month I am thoroughly confused and can’t seem to find any answers. The rules state clearly "
Attention to our Top 10 winners: Please do not make random requests for prizes. The products you select must be available on https://www.robotimeonline.com/. If the product cannot be found on the website, it will be considered that you have forfeited your prize.
Yes, the 3 kits that I am interested are clearly listed on the site (per the rules). All three say “pre-order”. I don’t want to risk forfeiting a prize by requesting something that is clearly listed on the site…but also says “pre-order”. Has anyone else faced this dilemma and recieved an answer regarding this matter? What does “available” actually mean in this aspect? It IS available on the site. It doesn’t bother me if I have to wait until it is available for shipping
That is risky, indeed. But you could always argue that the rules stated AVAILABLE, which it is, even if it’s listed as pre-order. I guess the question is, when will it be ready for delivery … just my thoughts …
YAY! I am so happy. I was about to order the more expensive one I already have just to not be forced into getting something I don’t really like. @joy.licerio
