🌸 Rolife x Oreo Build is finally finished! 🌸

I finally finished the Rolife x Oreo collab build and wanted to share how it turned out :cherry_blossom:

This one was such a calming build for me. I really took my time with it and just enjoyed the process piece by piece. The cherry blossom tree is easily my favourite part. The layering gives it so much depth and it looks different from every angle.

I also decided to paint all the edges so there’s no raw wood showing. It definitely took extra time and patience but I love how clean it looks in the end. That said, a few pieces did break because sometimes my gentle is not gentle enough  thankfully nothing glue couldn’t fix.

The little details really make this kit special. The clouds, the fox, the Oreo window, it all comes together into a really soft and peaceful scene. And the music just adds that final touch.

I’m still on the hunt for the Nanci Oreo figurine so I didn’t glue the wooden one it came with yet. I feel like she really completes the whole build so I’m hoping to find her soon.

Curious what everyone else prefers when building.
Do you paint your edges or keep the natural wood look?

And if you get a chance to build this one, which colour would you change it to, or would you keep it like I did?

Here’s my Instagram Post if you want to hear the Music Box! :raising_hands:t3:

That is beautiful. Lovely Nanci. Nanci and Oreo, two things I like most

This is so beautiful!

Beautiful music box. It’s kind of sad that it’s a limited edition and can’t order it easily. I would rather keep it in original colors because I love the way it is.

@Orangesareus oh my now this is beautiful! If i had this id keep the coulors as there so pretty ! It looks fantastic! :blossom::cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom::cherry_blossom:

I love it! This kit is truly unique!

Plus, all the Oreo references!

Did you manage to find the doll?

This really is peak example of great work!! So colorful and elegant. I also paint the edges to compliment the scene and make it look finished. The color change from painted wood to raw color is too distracting to me. You did amazing !!
