Day 3: The challenging build for me was the Rokr locomotive and try to get it running smoothly. Have to take apart some of the parts multiple times to fix it.
You’ve done a brilliant job! ![]()
that’s a lot of pieces! It’s brilliant!
Wow sounds like you needed perseverance with this kit and the end result is excellent ![]()
Thank you for sharing ![]()
Day 3: A challenge,
I’ve been working
on the time travel book nook but encountered a breakage on the touch light cable which prevented me from moving forward. Rolife quickly sent me a replacement and I’ve started where I left off and found the wiring a little challenging but I’m past that bit now and pleased I kept going! **
DAY 3: A Challenge
Dora’s Loft. Extremely challenging than most kits I’ve built… and I’ve done plenty. The intricate wiring and cutting can feel tedious. I only use the double sided tapes OR Craft glue that came with the kits… I don’t know if I should start using other faster curing glues. So much to do still.. it’s a kit i go back to in between kits.
thank you for sharing
challenge is good but in moderation so it’s great you can go back to it when you can!
Thank you so much. This was a tough one to paint as well @sophieskye
Oh yay the train is fun! I find the wires can get a little fiddy trying to get them to fit on the roof ![]()
Oh my I’ve done this one before! It was my second kit ever and it was so challenging
I need to go dig into my photos, all my wires were super wonky back then and were barely holding on hahaha.
You wire work looks good! But I think a stronger and faster glue will help.
A lot of brain twisting trying to fix it when it’s already complete. Lolz

- Outside your window (this i the view outside my window where i sit to build)
@JDisaduck Thank you for the encouragement, because these wires had made me very frustrated
it was also my second kit ahahahaha but yes one day i will finish it!!!
Yeah it’s a kit where you have to take breaks and do a different project in between
practise makes perfect tho and I’m sure you’ll be so proud when you’re finally done!
Day 4: Outside of my Window
Bittersweet as I look through my window, we are moving this weekend to a new house ![]()
