I wanted to do some decompressing today in the fresh air and I decided to take watercolor pages with me. It was easy and relaxing. This could be good for people who feel overwhelmed by the big paint-by-numbers sets. (Completely understandable)
I like the imperfections. I think it is part of the charm of water colors. There are nicer versions of this book. I just have this one.
Tip: Let the water soak for a couple seconds to get more pigment. It worked well for me. The paint works better than I remember from childhood.
Anyway, how are you all decompressing? Crafts? Jogging? Time with family? Time away from family?
I like to go for a walk with the dog or my wife. Sitting in the jacuzzi also helps. And lisning to music and cuttleling with my dog. But building is my best decompression method.
This is actually the first time I’ve seen this and I really like how it’s so portable!
I decompress by playing games or crafting - miniature building has helped me through some difficult times.
That is so pretty it’s always great to get some fresh air. I actually decompress by window shopping hahaha I rarely do that anymore eversince I got kids.
