Day 2 building the Phantom Waltz and I’m happy to have made so much progress.

The popping skeletons are now on the carousel and they look cuter - I mean spookier than ever! Adding them was actually hard because I am not able to see the gears below to know if they are properly connected. I just let the carousel run and luckily it fixed itself after one round.

I know I’m working on a deadline but I just can’t help doing some edge painting especially the black and white ones. They just look so much better with their edges painted.

I was also able to assemble all the undead animals. I skipped painting these because it will definitely take a lot of time.

Just a few more pages till the carousel comes to life :jack_o_lantern:

I love the platform with the skeletons; plus, the most important part is done—it actually spins, haha!
Wow, I love the little animals—I hadn’t even noticed that they were all different!

I just realized the animals were not all horses. They look spooky! I’m glad my kids are not scared of them :sweat_smile:
