📖 [Rolife Journey] Finish first miniature house

My first miniature house is finished. It was fun to make a different kind of building. I found the sakura tree dreadful to make, but I kept working and gluing, and before I knew it, it was finished. Secretly, I’m quite proud of the result. Nanci looks perfect in the building.

You did such a fantastic job Liset!:smiling_face_with_three_hearts: You should be proud and not secretly, loud and proud! You did so well! I adore that little pink cabinet  and the kitty on top is such a nice touch! This js a beautiful kit!

Will you build more miniatures after this? Or stick to the rokr style puzzles?

Thank you @Nectarines :hugs: I love al the little details this kit have. I might make a miniature someday, but for now I’ll stick to building ROKR. I enjoyed doing it once, but I prefer building the ROKR kits  I now have even more respect for anyone who builds miniature houses

@Liset Very well done! I can imagine that tree was painful but it looks so beautiful! For the lamp, did the electric go along the backside of the stand?

Thank you @jeanneL :hugs: The electricity runs through the back of the lamp to the bottom of the plateau and then back up behind the wall, where the battery box is located.

Wauw, that is some next level challeging. Especially is you are not used to making such small stuff. Amazing job.

Thats fair enough! I am really enjoying both for now, but i definitely still have more miniatures in my collection, what im comfortable with, some of the puzzles intimidate me haha :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: we all have our own strengths and preferences :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Thank you @Jerry_Boswijk :hugs: the small details were sometimes difficult to make, I have even more respect for you now, because as a man you often have thicker fingers  I now completely understand why you hate making flowers

Maybe that’s why I like the Rokr packages better. I’m more comfortable with them

Amazing build there @Liset . You always did a fantastic job with your build. The colour looks so nice and the cute Nanci as well. Very joyful to look at. Thanks for sharing.

WOW! This is a beautiful kit and you did a wonderful job! I just love how your trick with the sponge made those little blossoms get the PERFECT shape!

:cherry_blossom:It turned out perfect! :cherry_blossom:

What a cool kit! I like that this kit gave you a stem already made. Making a good tree is really hard to do. And I would just rather have the stem and put on the flowers.

The lamp looks magical.

:cherry_blossom:We all have sakura fever!!:cherry_blossom:

Now I’m dreading to start mine

I can’t resist with any Sakura builds. I can sit there for ages to watch it. Seems like crazy but that’s the truth. I often get told off by my mum for wasting time like that. Lolz :winking_face_with_tongue:

It turned out really, really well @Liset!!! This was a tricky kit, and even more so as your first one—you should be super proud :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:.
I’ve noticed I’m kind of the opposite of you though. I prefer Rolife kits over ROKR. It’s not that I dislike them at all—I’ve built quite a few—but I’m more drawn to the DIY Miniature Houses :see_no_evil_monkey:

The sakura builds are so lovely! But making a Sakura tree is less fun
