Finding time to build during the week is always tough, so here’s a quick update on what I’ve managed to get done so far. I’m always too engrossed while building I forget to take step by step photos so here we are with the finished product instead.
For the little cabinet in this photo, the laser marking for the drawer and bottom shelf was so faint it basically looked like a blank piece of wood. I tried touching it up with a marker and some paint, but failed terribly lol. So I ended up flipping it around and used my blade and a pencil to carve the pattern in myself instead.
Look at this cutest little stove! I just want to scream! The only thing I didn’t like was the wrap around sticker. I prefer paper since you can adjust and move it before it sets and I found it pretty tricky trying to line the sticker up neatly.
Brah! I hear you, I f’ing hate stickers. BUT OMG, ALL THE FURNITURE IS SO CUTE IN THIS BUILD! Like everything! It’s so rustic, and enchanting! I love it!
Man, I have mixed feelings. When I see posts like this from you guys crafting all these tiny cute furniture elements for the miniature houses I get a bit… Scared, about them?
Idk. One part of me screams “oh my gosh, I shouldn’t buy any of those Miniature House kits, you’re gonna make a disaster out of them with your messy I-can’t-be-a-surgeon fingers”, but my other half can’t help but feel attracted to all those tiny cute details.
Hahahahahah honestly I think you’ll be fine! You’ve already made some complicated builds. As long as you stick with the newer style miniature houses I know you’ll be able to handle it!
