I was supposed to work on the Christmas Melody Tree but my husband stopped me saying he wanted to build it 
So I will work on the Christmas Candy Stand instead.
Here’s what I have completed in my 1st hour with it.
It’s looking jolly already. Hopefully I get more time to build it tomorrow.
The little gum ball machine is so cute. This kit looks like such a fun little build.

Just finished this. Nice build, consider plastic baggies for wrapping the 3 candies (ones you cut into 5 pieces per candy)

I think it’s awesome that your husband stole this from you because it is showing that he has a lot of interest in these as well. You’re a trooper for just picking a another one. Maybe you can work on them together. I hope you both enjoy each model
