My wife and I are enjoying the Advent season in our cozy, festively decorated home. It’s simply wonderful when everything in the apartment is bright and cheerful.
Especially when it’s dreary and dark outside, and we’re sitting comfortably on the sofa drinking tea or hot chocolate and eating homemade Christmas cookies.
Our grandchildren also always have a lot of fun with all the wooden puzzles that light up, move, and play music.
On nice days, we also like to visit one of the many wonderful Christmas markets in our region, where the air is filled with the delicious aroma of roasted almonds and other treats, and the children ride the historic carousels.
We spend the Christmas holidays with our family, enjoying delicious food and drinks, and delight in the shining eyes of our grandchildren when they unwrap their presents.
