🥰 [Rolife - Happiness] Rowood Pink Lily

My daughter (9yo) have finally finished her first project - the Rowood Pink Lily.

I thought her how to safely pop out the pieces using the cutter and to sand the pieces.

She needed supervision here and there especially in following the instructions.

She also broke a piece because she was a bit careless in sanding but we were able to fix it with some super glue.

It took her 3 days to complete. She was only able to sit still for 1-2 hours  She still lacks focus but she says she enjoyed it.

She colored all the insects and proudly shows them off to us.

Next time, I will let her try to build one of those mini super creators or maybe mini houses.

Aww that’s so sweet! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: She did such a wonderful job — the flower looks lovely, and I love that she added her own touch by coloring the insects. Do you recommend this kit for kids around her age? I’m curious how she found the level of difficulty

Yeah that because of her age. That will get better in time.

She can do it but with supervision. She need help on the instructions. She doesn’t pay attention much on which side of a piece should face in front- things like that. But it surely is doable for a 9yo.

I think it’s really sweet that you join your daughter in things like this, and that you give her the confidence to do the slightly riskier parts, it shows how much you trust her :face_holding_back_tears::heart_hands:

Btw, the flowers are awesome :star_struck:
