🥰 [Rolife - Happiness] 🎃 Preparing for Halloween

I just finished my Halloween project for an upcoming Trick or Treat in our village. Since my kids are fans of Kpop Demon Hunters and they’re also dressing up as characters from the movie - I thought it is just suitable to dress up our house with the same theme.

My mistake though is buying cheap acrylic paints. I let my kids help paint Derpy at first but they brushed too much paint until the cardboard tore. Cheap paint was too watery and made the cardboard soft We had to dry it up completely first then add another layer for the color to really see through.

My daughter also contributed by drawing and coloring Sussie.

I also bought glow in dark paint for his eyes and honmoon on his feet. We painted 3 coatings. And then finally, one last outline to finish.

And here’s our final output.

And this is how he looks in the dark.

We tried lighting it with a UV light and it glowed much better.
