I am so shocked!! My husband decided he wanted to try his hand at putting a build together, so I got him the oil pump because we are huge fans of the Landman show. He is a mechanical engineer with a doctorate in entrepreneurship…so when he says he is impressed with this build, that’s really saying something! He was happily surprised by the intricate pieces and how every single piece fit perfectly. He is impressed that there were extra pieces, just in case. He had more fun doing this than he would admit, and I loved having him work beside me as I did my build…so, thank you, Robotime for this special moment that I got to spend with my husband creating. The smile on his face says it all!
@liset that would be really fun, but he can’t sit still very long and likes to go outside and make things with his saw. Lol But maybe sometime he might want to do another one!
Awe so sweet! Such a big smile Im so happy he loves the build! Will he be doing the rest of the set? Love your post! So wholesome, a memory youll both never forget!
@Emma_Samchek I can see him doing more of the set over time. I need to get more of them for him so that if he sees them it might encourage him to do it.
That’ll be great if he gets into the series! I know what you mean though, once i have a build in front of Kalvin he usually tries lol Will you two make something together?
@Emma_Samchek no way…I am a type A personality and very particular. He doesn’t pay enough attention to detail. I will happy work beside him on my own build. Lol
That’s awesome that you got to share that with your husband @Tkaplan and even better that he loved it! I had to laugh about the look on his face, you’ll have to get him his own tweezers
It’s so special that your husband not only gave the build a try but was genuinely impressed by the craftsmanship and details—especially coming from someone with such a strong background in engineering.
Hahahah omg how cute is that! I hope he’ll eventually grow to love this hobby too. I love his facial expression that’s me when I have to make too many plants!
