Building this carousel was such a relaxing experience. Taking my time with each tiny piece, watching it slowly come together—it felt calm, quiet, and really enjoyable.
I also love how this super cute music box carousel helps me relax. Completed it a couple of days ago and I just couldn’t stop myself from watching it and reminiscing. The music it plays is ‘Fascination,’ a song I often heard my grandma and mom singing growing up. It also reminded me of my childhood (though Cinnamoroll wasn’t ‘born’ yet) - I still love anything and everything Sanrio.
More than those little bits and pieces of memory, this carousel reminds me of a day spent in Sanrio Puroland, which was funny because my son (11yo then) didn’t want to go, but my daughter, who was around 6yo at that time, wanted to go. Good thing there was an arcade by the entrance so he spent the whole morning there (being chased by the Twin Stars - Kiki and Lala, according to him). But before you think I favored my daughter more, we also spent a day in Fuji-Q, where they had a Gundam attraction, which we all enjoyed, too.
