Here are my two completed DIY Miniature Kits: Leisure Time Tea Room and Bakery & Desserts! I finished both of them in just 1½ days.
I recently visited the Rolife store at the Great Mall Shopping Center in Milpitas, CA, and I have to say—it was such a relaxing place to browse. Seeing all the miniature kits on display made me want to start another project right away! I’ll definitely be going back for another one.
My husband told me he loves watching me build these kits because he can see how much fun I’m having and how relaxed I am while working on them. That made me smile.
I never expected to enjoy this hobby so much, but now I’m completely hooked! Looking forward to my next miniature project.
I’m glad you were able to add the photos in the comments! You might also be able to edit the original post and get them to appear there. If you remove the image tags and then, instead of using the toolbar, copy each photo from your Photos app and paste it directly into the body of the post, it may work. While you’re editing, you’ll just see a long, strange text string instead of the photo, but once you save the post, the images should appear. That’s the method I use on my iPad and iPhone, and I think it should work on other devices too.
Love your kits.. I have made the tea room one too and l adore it. Funny how addictive this hobby can be..and such satisfaction once it is complete and you can say" I made that"
Hi Carmie, I’ve found my new addiction! I can’t wait to start my next DIY miniature kit. It’s incredibly relaxing, and honestly, it “helps me feel relaxed and may help lower my blood pressure”.
They’re both so beautiful! There were people that built the Leisure Time Tea Room yesterday at my meetup and everyone was absolutely delighted with it. It’s such a sweet and relaxing little kit.
