Progress #4 - 1950's Diner

I didn’t get to spend too much time on this build today, but I did make some fun progress. Today I got to make the leather booths. I love how nice the leather makes it look.

.
After making the booths, the next step was adding food to the tables, and then of course you need a waitress…on roller skates!
I painted all of the edges…those pieces are so tiny!

That’s it for today. I have a DIY & Crafting Club meetup to host tomorrow, but you can bet that I’ll find time to work on this some more! A day isn’t complete without working on a build!

It looks fabulous…. Is leather look a fabric or plastic?

It looks great. I like those chairs. Simple yet beautiful.

OK, the more I see this build, the more I want it. Who makes this one? It’s looking great!

It is so much fun watching you build this! I see those painted edges😎

I love the leather on those seats, so classic!

And of course, the roller skates girl is just chef’s kiss to complete the scene

Best of luck @Tkaplan on your meetup. Have fun!

It’s such a detailed build. I agree that the vinyl looks fantastic on the seats.

Wow! I admire your so much patience painting every edge. Good luck on your meetup. :pink_heart: You can do it. I’ll cheer for you. :pink_heart:

I know the brand! I made the Haunted Mansion!

The leather details are so realistic! I thought you added them yourself, haha.

Looking good @Tkaplan. Almost there.

This looks like a amazing nook. I saw someone put black wire on the edges of the seats. That looked really cool
