We have just received our replacement Nanci :heart:

If you follow me, my daughter had her first Nanci a month ago but unfortunately she had a tore on her armpit. Read about it here

I requested for a replacement and Robotime customer service sent a replacement. The package took longer to arrive than expected because it got lost. And finally, Nanci is home.
She definitely had a rough journey because this is how her box came.

Check for fractures! Maybe an MRI to make sure she had no brain damage! She is plushie so she should be ok!
Ok the nurse in me has settled down. That box certainly got pushed around though. I am glad they replaced as that just continues to show me the quality and customer service this company has.

I am still not in love with snot bubble and would love to remove. Maybe because I have a cold right now!
But I do love including her in my posts and she always is there watching over as I create my kits!
