@Tricia12 can you purchase a new kit and then take out what you need and then return that one as the incomplete kit.

Because it has passed the dates for discrepancy after the sales. They won’t allow that.

I only contacted the seller and the links the company through the links that @Nita_Davis gave me. I tried to search for Jaki company and it is not showing.

Did you manage to contact the manufacturers? I hope it’s a yes so they can provide the missing parts.

I have reached out to Robotime and they will help me get in contact with them and ship out the replacement part to me. it will take a bit of time because Robotime didn’t manufacture them but at least they are helping me out which I am very grateful about.

I got it from Taobao. Not sure where it can shipped too but you certainly can try. Download the app first and set up your account. It’s in an online shopping platform.
