Hi everyone! ![]()
I’m back to reality!
I’ve been very busy this past month traveling for work, but whenever I had a chance, I still checked in on the community to see everyone’s beautiful creations. I may have been traveling, but I definitely didn’t forget about my Robotime family! ![]()
I’m especially excited to finally share these two kits that I received as prizes after winning the Robotime challenges. ![]()
They traveled with me, kept me busy at night, and now they are both finally finished!
The Seahorse Barque
It took me quite a while to finally start this beautiful ship after I received it. Since I was traveling, I decided to bring it along with me and work on it little by little before going to sleep. ![]()
You know me, I can always find time for a little crafting, even while traveling! ![]()
The Seahorse Barque took me about two weeks to complete, and I’m so happy with how it turned out. It really is a beautiful and impressive piece!
My biggest challenge was the paper that wraps around the front part of the ship. I pointed it out in my photo. That part definitely tested my patience!
Some of the tiny pieces were also a little tricky to attach.
Other than that, the build went very well. My advice is simply to follow the assembly instructions carefully, take your time, and don’t rush. You’ll be fine!
Added some lights.
And after two weeks… finally, my Seahorse Barque is ready to sail! ![]()

Gingerbread House
Next is the Gingerbread House—and what a difference! ![]()
After working on all those tiny and challenging pieces of the Seahorse Barque, this one felt so easy and relaxing. I finished the Gingerbread House in only two days, and I absolutely love how cute and colorful it turned out. ![]()

These two builds were very different experiences; one challenged my patience, and the other let me relax—but I enjoyed them both in their own way.
After a month of traveling, working, and crafting wherever I could, it feels so good to finally be home and share my finished projects with everyone.
The only issue I had was with the battery compartment for the lights. The lights kept flickering, so I ordered a replacement part. Unfortunately, it has already been two weeks, and I still haven’t received it. Hopefully it arrives soon because I would really love to see my little Gingerbread House all lit up! ![]()

And a big thank you to @Robotime for these wonderful prizes! ![]()
I truly enjoyed building both of them.
