① Check if the test in the first step is normal.
② Check if the batteries are brand new, and if the positive and negative poles are assembled correctly.
③ Check if the switch is ON, and if the touch switch is in contact.
④ Circuit check: check if the connections (base, main circuit board) are disconnected.
2.The butterfly can light up but not move: disassemble the body of the butterfly, and then connect to power to check if it can move.
①Copper nails and circuit board interference: check if the circuit board of the flower is locked in place; check if the copper nail is assembled in place.
If one of the the two places are not assembled in place, there will be friction due to contact between the copper nails and the circuit board, and too much friction will lead to noticeable vibration when the wings are flapping.
② Check if the reserved position of P14 is more than 1mm, ask the customer to measure and compare with the thickness of the board A (The most intuitive feeling is that the back of the yellow light board is worn by cuts and abrasions); Check if the blue D8 is loose.
a. Press P14 firmly to make sure that the drive rod is reserved for 1mm (the bottom hole corresponding to the position where P14 is pressed is a bit small, so please press it hard).
b. If P14 really can’t be pressed in, ask the customer to try to replace P14 with a short nail P6 (P6 has a spare part).
c. If D8 looses, press D8 to the end to drive the motor rotate.
③ The product cannot move without pulling out P14, or it can move only when pulling out P14: check P14 (motor is fine, but the wing is stuck).
a. P14 is misused as P6, resulting in the reserved distance is less than 1mm. Suggestion: replace P6 with P14 and press P14 to the end, so that the reserved distance is 1mm.
b. If P14 is used correctly and the reserved distance is 1mm, the product still can’t move.
④ The product cannot move whether remove P14 or not: there’s something wrong with the motor, please contact customer service to re-issue the part.
